Ingredients: Varagu/Kodo millet, Samai/Little millet, Thinai/Foxtail millet, Kambu/Pearl  millet, Kudhiravali/Barnyard millet, Makka Cholam/Maize, White Cholam/Sorghum, Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Red Chilies, Fennel Seeds, Curry Leaves, Salt, Asafoetida.

How to Use: 

1) Take 1 cup of Adai mix and mix thoroughly with 1 cup of water to make it as a thick batter.

2) Rest the batter for 20 minutes and make Adai dosa in a tava.

3) Add some butter on hot Adai for added taste serve it with Avial / Jaggery powder.
